By accessing and using the Executive Voting Portal ("the Portal") provided by Sharjah Malayali Samajam, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Portal.

2. Eligibility and Access

Access to the Portal is strictly restricted to active members of the Executive Committee. Your access is granted based on your authorized email address on file. You may not share your login credentials or attempt to grant access to unauthorized individuals.

3. User Conduct and Integrity

When using the Portal, you agree to:

  • Cast your vote honestly and independently.
  • Not attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with any security features of the Portal.
  • Not attempt to cast multiple votes or manipulate the voting results in any way.
  • Not use the Portal for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Single Sign-On (SSO) Usage

You may access the Portal using third-party Single Sign-On providers (such as Google or Yahoo). By doing so, you authorize us to receive specific profile data (Name and Email) from these providers for authentication purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Revocation of Access

The System Administrators reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Portal without prior notice if we suspect a violation of these Terms, unauthorized access attempts, or malicious activity originating from your account or IP address.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the Portal, though we strive to maintain the highest standards of reliability and security.
